Do people really think that this will actually lead to LESS roleplaying and more plot? Really?
[sblock]V didn't kill him because he was evil or he needed killing, V killed Kubuto because Kubuto's actions were impeding an objective V rated as extremely important, and because Kubuto's monologue just detailed how Kubuto could not be removed as an impediment through non violent means. Its how V thinks. Objective -> Analysis -> Efficient Solution that takes into account all known factors.
The only unknown that V is dealing with is whether or not Elan is willing to lie and say that Kubuto drowned when V capsized Kubuto's boat. If Elan is willing to lie, none of the paladins need know this happened. Expect the next strip to show V explaining to Elan that the greater good is served by lying, or at least by keeping his mouth shut while V lies.[/sblock]
Heh, my thoughts were,
"Wow, V just won the internet... I wonder what people on ENWorld thought of that."
...I dunno' if it was good or bad, but I liked it.![]()
"Needed killin'" is the operative phrase here.
It's not just the preeminent legal defense in the South! ;-)
