Bravo V! Didn't see that coming, though I suppose I should have, and wonderful ending appropriate for one such as Kubota! Bravo Rich.

Now if only Rich can get the group back together in 5 strips without making it seem as if he's doing it because the fans are getting tired of the split.

Some small part of me is rather put off by a hero just killing a villain like that.

The part of me that leared disintegrate reminds the other part that this kind of stuff is why I love 8-Bit Theater.

Excellent way of getting around what looked like a horribly long side-quest/trial, with perfect excecution in an amazingly accurate in-character way. Rich really seems to have this strip back on track.

How much resources does kubota have? IIRC even the kobold could afford to preorder a Resurrection (he's supposed to be eaten whole by a druid), so he should have a Resurrection ready for himself. But a True Resurrection might be out of reach, and that's probably needed.

But this is going to have consequences, oh yes. Elan and Durkon won't like it one bit, and if Shinjo hears about it may be real trouble.
