OotS 609

I am honestly unsure what to feel about this one... If the most grim outcome does occur, then I think it might simply be too random and unnecessary. It is not like the struggle to reunify the party had been going very well before, after all.

Still, it might give Roy someone to talk to.

Also, this is nowhere close to being as notable as that scene from FF7. :)

Holy heck! Fantastic strip!

However I also concur she's not gone as there was some nice plot background for her about where her father went. Not that I'm a big believer in plot development in OotS!

I don't think Bozzok is a higher level Rogue than Haley - after all, he didn't say "Sneak Attack" when he stabbed her. :)

I think the +2 to hit was enough for him, he looks like he's a smart tactical fighter.

Very good strip, but I do think that the return of Belkar is really, really needed about now. Which leads me to conclude that the next strip will take place in a different location. :)

Um... yes, he did.

You're right about needing Belkar, though. We'll likely be rushed off to Durkon or V for a few strips now.

Assuming she's on par with the rest of the OotS, Haley is at least 13th level. V was casting mass enlarge person on 13 targets during the battle for Azure City.
