Eternal Knot Games
First Post
For my latest Supers release I'm putting an open call out for two device stats. The two winners (one for each) will not only have their name immortalised in black and white pixels but will also receive a free copy of the final product. A lucky runner up will also win a free copy.
Devices
Flexol Fields: Flexible Holographic Fields; there are many types of flexol fields, the most basic of these fields can alter key details about an object whilst the most advanced field can hide an object from view by showing the background instead of another image. In between the two extremes are fields that can alter the appearance of an object but not hide it.
There are limitations to any of the fields; it takes some time to change the image displayed and the field can be passed through.
Flexol fields are usually installed on flychats, or flycers, to disguise or hide them and many of the ‘lightshows’ that are common in UFO sightings are created by expanding the flexol field.
Solhol Suit: Solid Holographic Suit; like flexol fields there are different levels of solhol suits but whereas the field can only project an image the suit also projects a field that creates a solid object for an observer to touch.
Even though these suits can create surfaces to interact with observers they cannot make material underneath untouchable so the suit has a limiter that enables it to grow only. Like a lator field the more distant the field is from its projectors the weaker the field gets and if the field is stretched too far it can feel insubstantial.
Some more terms
All device stats must be in M&M 2nd edition format
Please reply to this thread with the completed device or send the device via e-mail to sales@eternalknotgames.com
All of the devices, with the exception of the winning designs, may be made into a free PDF to be downloadable from www.eternalknotgames.com
Any other questions please e-mail me on the above e-mail address
