Opposed Defensive Casting

First Post
somewhere around here theres rules for opposing tumble checks, to make tumbling past experienced combatants harder than tumbling past novices.

has anyone applied that idea to concentration checks to casting defensively?
(have i brought this up before? i'm feeling all deja vu 'y)

One possibility is to let someone oppose the concentration check with intimidate, which seems appropriate for trying to distract someone in combat. I suppose Bluff could work as well, but intimidate seems to fit better. Plus, fighters get it. ^_^ (I wrote up a feat that lets you do this, but it could probably work as a base mechanic anyway.)

Yeah, go with the Intimidate vs. Concentration opposed checks. Caster will probably win most of the time, but casting on the defensive should be given a little edge anyway.

Doing anything more complicated will probably slow the game and annoy the other players.
