It's a simple letter-substitution cipher (e.g., X is actually A). And, I think he's used the same cipher all along. Shortly after a new OotS gets posted, someone always posts the Haley translation on the Giant in the Playground message boards.

It's not the same cipher, but letter-substitution ciphers are puzzles sold at Wal-Mart, not Ph. D. material.

I like alternate ways to say things. If you ever do something on the fly, or don't come up with plans for something you need to do, you weren't being lazy in lack of preparation, you had just planned "organically." :D

Sounds much better doesn't it? Nothing wrong with planning organically!

Mensa puzzles are sold at Wal-Mart too. I'm not sure your logic holds (not that I disagree with your point).
