Ordering d20 material from EN World (to Canada!)

Hello; I've never bought through the EN World online store, but I'm thinking of doing so due to my general disgust at my local hobby stores (none of which have heard of Shackled City Adventure Path, two of which are never open after 5PM, and one of which implied I was strange and possibly brain damaged for being interested in such a product).

Anyone from Canada ordered from the store before? How is the delivery time?

Delivery time is good - roughly a week and change for me. (Eastern Ontario)

Shipping is an oddity - they charge you the international shipping rate ($30, i think), and then refund you the difference once the product ships. I typically see refunds over $20 on my shipping charges.

Where in Canada are you shopping -from-?

A few more notes:

1. The ENWorld store is just a doorway to RPGShop that gives a small kickback to ENWorld. RPGShop is a big and apparently reliable web store.
2. It's easier to use Paypal. If you want to use a credit card you have to fax them proof of ID first.
3. They ship via post. The shipping charge is reasonable (after refund, as Hellhound explained). This is better than UPS, whose "customs brokerage fee" is so large that it's effectively ransom.
4. Canada Post delivers to the nearest postal outlet. Again better than UPS if you don't have a convenient daytime shipping address.
5. When you're reading their policy pages, keep in mind that, in accordance with American geography, Canada is "overseas".
