Original source of Knifemaster Prc?

Ultimate Prestige Classes Voulme 2 has a Knifemaster. Does anyone know the original source of that?

It's not the Jack-0-Knives from Path of Shadow or the Blade Artists from the Beyond Monks book or the Knife Fighter from Shelzar.

There was some sort of knifefighter PrC in the Gladiator issue of Dragon Magazine. Could that be it?

Some moderately famous game writer had a knife fighter class that was kinda powerful... I want to say keith baker... it was posted on the net on his web site as I recall.

I believe that the PrC from Dragon is not OGC so Mongoose couldn't use it.

The knifefighter from Mike Mearls site is a little overpowered but compared to other material I've seen, not overly so.
