Origins event scheduling help

This is sort of a longshot, but one of my friends runs a company -- Raiding Party Games -- that was trying to go to Origins this year. Last year I went with them, and they ran the sleep-over, an all-night gaming event where people could go, snack, and play games until the sun came up. We even ended up having a pillow fight Sunday morning.

This year, though, Origins apparently forgot to schedule the sleep-over, even though Zach (my friend) had told them he was going to run it again. It's my understanding that he had contacted all the necessary people, since it came as a huge shock to him that the event was not scheduled. And because the event wasn't scheduled, Zach doesn't get free hotel rooms for running the event, so the eight of us who were preparing to go to Origins won't get to, because we can't afford to shell out the $1000 for lodging.

Does anyone have any contacts with the Origins folks who can straighten this out? Please help, or point me in the direction of people who you think can. Thanks.

Pillow fight? Um, what exactly was going on?

It was 5am. The hotel the event was taking place at had brought in pillows and blankets in case people wanted to sleep. We were hopped up on pizza and Coke, and one couple who was there started hitting each other with pillows. This degenerated into the rest of grabbing pillows and re-enacting our favorite movie fights with pillows in place of swords. Sometimes the games of youth need to be revisited.
