Since many EN World folk are either aspiring freelance designers or already established ones, I felt that it would be of interest to post a reminder about the Freelancer Seminar series at Origins this year. This is the second year for the seminar series and, based upon pre-reg numbers, looks to have a better attendance than last year's numbers (which were also good). If you have an interest in freelancing, game design, editing, pdf publishing, and/or illustrating in the RPG industry, click on the link above for more details complete with a list of who is serving on the panels and thier biographies. All in all, it is going to be a great time and each seminar will likely only last a little over an hour.
I encourage everyone attending Origins to look into the seminars and grab a seat for one that interests you. At the very least, it will be an educational experience for you and an opportunity to chat with some of the best people in the industry such as Mike Mearls, Matt Forbeck, Spike Jones, Steve Kenson, Will Hindmarch and many others.
