Tree of Life will not win, but I found it to be totally amazing. It is very slow and drifty, so it's definitely not something you'll want to watch unless you're in a relaxed, contemplative mood, but all of the drifty threads form an amazing, powerful motion picture.
Any film that intentionally relates the history of the entire universe, from the big bang to its heat death, to the lifetime of a person is bound to be drifty. It's very, very Terrence Malick-y. I suspect the fact that I had two younger brothers as a kid and that we lived in a rural midwestern town probably increased my fondness for the film, but my girlfriend who is an only child and grew up in the suburbs thinks it's amazing, too, so who knows.
