I like OSRIC, its familiar but not too familiar; makes one curious, "what the bleepin' hell is OSRIC and they download it, just to see". Anyhow, its probably too late to change the name this late in the game.

Though I'd second this as the official tag line:
Q: "OSRIC - the tannin and alcohol powered role-playing game!"

I'm aiming to get a printed version out in March. The cost will be cost price from Lulu.com.

It will be slightly cheaper than previously advised. V1.00 (as well as containing more text than v0.04) is also 4 pages shorter, which saves money.

The softcover, 8.5" x 11" and 128 pages, should cost $7.09. The hardcover, 8.25" x 10.25" and 128 pages, should cost $19.56. This is based on my current understanding of Lulu's pricing structure which is subject to change between now and then.

I halved the amount of whitespace between each spell, and saved five pages in the process. One of them was filled with extra text; the other four went into saving paper.
