According to very, very recent information (http://www.angelfire.com/rpg/dnduk/eric.html), Eric Noah apparently initiated the end of Eric Noah's Unofficial 3rd Edition News of his own free will and accord.
My informants, who turned out to be working for religious extremists bent on destroying EN World unity, had the Liberation convinced that Morrus had overthrown Noah in a coup and then had an agent on the boards posing as Noah.
Disclaimer: I will not take responsibility for any desparate acts of revenge by extremists [or those poor souls who actually take this seriously] inspired or otherwise motivated by the horrific news I have unveiled.
