your culinary hero who has so deftly wielded saute pan and global cutlery as sous chef mercenary for so many executives has finally made that jump up!

following my culinary coup of my kitchen, the former ruler was overthrown and i was given the kingdom.

seriously though, i have been cooking my arse off for almost ten years and to finally have my name on the menu and 'executive chef' stitched on my jacket fills me with pride.

seeing as you internet folks are my peers of a sort i felt i should share my happiness with you.

it seems those six twelve hour days per week have finally made their mark!

I worked as a entree 'chef' once, but was fired after a month ;( Well, at least someones making the grade
