[OT] Black Death (?) Boardgame

Many years ago I played a vastly enjoyable game on a paper board (map of Europe with squares representing towns and lines connecting them) with counters, with each player taking the 'role' of a strain of plague. There were rules for movement and infection, and then converting infections to 'deaths' or 'recoveries' based on the virulence of the strain.

Does anybody know of the game, or where I might be able to get hold of it (I live in Australia, but am happy to mail-order if only available OS)...?

Great... Do they also sell "Holocaust", and its expansions," A Trip to Siberia", and "Nanking, the OA version"?

They should do a modern day update, called "AIDS in Africa", and expand the ruleset to also include deaths from famine caused by the increasing population of the terminally ill. That'd be sooo much fun...
