btw, I did already note the cubic time idea. Some mad wizard in Purskul (land of Amn, FR) spreads this insane theory and isn't taken serious by anyone until one day he mysteriously disappears and rumours go around town that from some parallel dimension some beasts came and took him....

And the ring, well, even that can be translated in some crazy idea
