[OT] Gamer Jewelry

One of our group had her house broken into recently.

She's fine, but a bunch of her jewelry was stolen. Since her birthday is coming up in the next few weeks, our group was thinking of getting together and giving her some jewelry as a present. Thing is, being the goofballs that we are, we wanted to give her something gaming-related to be funny. Possibly with a "real" necklace or something.

Any ideas or advice on where to find gamer/geek jewelry? Things like d20 earrings spring to mind

Don't laugh too much. My brother (another member of the group) suggested it. But seeing as how she is the only single woman in the group and my wife is the other female member, I opted to not get killed and vetoed the CM Bikini idea.
