Midsummer's Eve - the most important holiday in Sweden. To day we will have sill (raw fish), fresh potatos, vodka and the famous frog-dance around the midsummer pole! :D  :)

In Finland, we burn great bonfires. Good food, lots of drink, but no dancing. The next morning, we observe natural selection in action, as those who got drunk and drowned in the lake are fished out.

Ah! The Summer Solstice. One of my favorite Pagan Holidays (Besides the Vernal Equinox and Samhain of course).

Being new to Georgia, i put an ad out 3 days ago on some pagan boards saying i was new to the area and looking for people. This morning i awoke to find some gifts in my email box.

1) were three guys who wanted to play in my game (this was fabulous since i dont have a gaming group and i do now)

2) one of these guys was pagan!

I swear the goddess is telling me something!

HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here in the US we, uh...go to work and maybe comment on how long it stays light out. We're so unimaginative that way.
Of course, I personally decided to celebrate the solstice by getting married. Less than twelve hours to go...aiiiieeee!!!

In Norway we also burn big bonfires. Don't know about the dancing... but much drinking indeed.

-Dispater (going out to enjoy the day)

Congrats, F5, and good luck going foward!

And Angelsboi, She is always telling us something. It's weather or not we listen. ;)

Happy Midsummer Day, all.

Yeah i know. But in the past 6 months a lot has happened (why i havent been around much) and i have been going through a crisis of Faith but i think things have just gotten better.
