Doug Herring president of MEG is having a baby and I am trying to convince him to do this.

But to convince Doug, maybe you could promise to take a pay cut for a couple of years. Once the baby is used to the name, you can always go back on your word. It's very hard to get a kid to answer to their own name, let alone trying to get them to answer to a new one.

Hey be nice, Hal is a name and there is Hal Mangold as well from Green Ronin!

And what would it take, a relative named Hal and you are doing an honor to them (that was my parents excuse ).

Also example on how to use expletives after his name such as:
