[OT] I got hit in the face with a bottle

I really didn't think that this would get that many posts, but thanks to everyone for the well wishing and getting better ect. For never actually meeting you guys I take it to heart. And I am ok my face is starting to swell up just a tad and my lip is really fat. But other than that I am groovey went to the local DnD store(The Game Preserve) and did a little shopping therapy. Picked up BoVD, new dragon, dungeon, and a couple of mini's.
As for walking away next time I am called a pussy, I just might. Has anyone ever seen Way of the Gun. Yeah thats what should have happened but I am sure that I would have ended up worse than I am now. If anyone would like to stat this that would be cool. Just for grins anyway

I'm not trying to get heavy or anything but S Angel you might want to edit your original post to remove any of your story. It describes several incidences of violence, some of which could be construed by a lawyer and a court to be instigated by you. If you really want to press charges, I'd hate to see you shot out of the water because a defence lawyer got hold of this public declaration.

I realise this sounds pretty lame, but stranger things have happened in a court of law.

sad to say it but i have to agree. get as much as this as you can off the net as soon as you can. things that are as simple as self-defense can be twisted around by a good lawyer..

Wow Stone Angel, you seem pretty level-headed about the whole thing. Maybe I'm just vindictive but personally I would go after everyone involved. Of course if you can just ruin the rest of their lives by taking them for every dime they'll ever have, that works too.

Thank you for the advice I shall work on it. And yes I am very pissed off. I don't know about ruining the rest of there lives but getting the hospital bill off back is my main concern. CSM, the weasel and the 1/2 fiend chick, oh that b*!ch will pay. When I am better anyway, that is if I see them. Hunting them down isn't my style. Good call about the legal stuff guys. thanks.

Stone, I feel your pain man. Though mine was a steel-tipped boot to the face and less blood then yours (on the outside). I am sorry this happened to you. But just know you aren’t alone in this on the boards. Though my incident was over 10 years ago.

I was at a bar and some chick wants my seat at the bar...I say no, she goes off. We argue, she gives up and leaves. All is cool the rest of the night until we leave.

Now there are two versions of this story, mine and what really happened. See I don’t remember the fight as I suffered a MAJOR concussion and have no memory of the 10 seconds of the fight. See I was hailing a cab and when I reached for the door the chick’s boyfriend hit from behind and knocked me down. Then he kicked me in the face with his steel tipped boot. Well I was done for the fight.... my friends ran up from the other side of the cab and chased the a-holes away.

Well, needless to say I was pretty messed up...dude shattered my cheekbone and damage my nasal passages on that side of my face. My nose was broken and I had the worst black eye I have ever had! I needed surgery to repair my cheekbone and plastic surgery to fix the scar from the surgery.

Good luck with the guys you fought, I don’t even know what the guy who hit me looks like. It was the only fight I lost that badly in my life...I lost a couple others, but at least I hurt the other guys in those. Also it was the LAST fight I was ever in....soon there after I meet the woman I would marry! So maybe scars help with the chicks...and if it helps you any I didn’t get laid either! Though I was like you in the hospital all night.

Just talked to the police today. They have made an arrest regarding my case so I have to go down and talk to them and the prosecuter later. Wish me luck. Also I hope to post the before and after pics here later on a seperate post so that no one doesn't get more than they bargained for.
