well, at first glance, it certainly looks like warez to me.

Doesn't look legit to me; he appears to have just stuffed everything he could grab off the 'net (or from friends) on these two CDs.
Heck, he even has something like Highlander- the Immortals up there, I think!

You could always report them to eBay. They have a pretty strict policy concerning software. Everything in that collection is pretty much illegal.
