Actually legal@wizards.com would be the place to send it, though ya might get a faster response at Customer Service.

Then again, perhaps Anthony or someone from WotC will see this thread and take appropriate action (or respond or both).

there have actually been a series of articles in the mass media about ebay and other auction services saying they will investigate bogus and illegal auctions and doing squat, i owuld say contact wotc, they might have the teeth to do something.
