(OT) I'm sombody's Dad!

Congratulations and keep 'em coming! We all have a sacred duty to fill the world with gamers...

Seriously, though, there is nothing more rewarding in this world than giving life to another and nurturing it. I am amazed every day at how my four daughters have grown and changed into young women from the tiny babies they once were. Take pictures and preserve the memories!

Congrats!

There are three things in my life that are more fun than roleplaying games (kept clean for Eric's grandmother):

1.) My wife
2a.) My son (he's a daddy's boy)
2b.) My daughter (she's a momma's girl, so we don't have quite as much fun as with my son, plus she's just 6 months old so her range of activities is a bit limited).

Families are great fun - being a husband and a father is the hardest work you'll ever love. :)

Congratulations and welcome to fatherhood.

Take care of your daughter, teach her well, and train her that dice are NOT edible ;)

Does the anonymous #3 have anything to do with #1 I wonder? ;)

Congrats! We're expecting number 4 in about eight weeks ourselves -- kids are tons of fun!

No...

2a and 2b were computed as separate entries. I just didn't want to make it seem like my daughter was really less a priority than my son.

Thus, 1, 2a, 2b. Total of three entries.

:)

Well congrats and best wishes! And um, I have a dog...

Uh.... and a cool 10 year old neice I can "turn" to gaming...

I think I'll stick to filling the world that way.

But seriously, post pictures soon so we can see the Wrymling!

Just thought I'd give a shout. Our first child, Mary Christine was born on Tuesday the 12th, at 4:51 pm. She was eight pounds, four ounces, and twenty-one inches long. We've been home from the hospital a whole day now and Mom and Baby are doing great.

I just can't get over that she's really ours. I'M SOMEBODY'S DAD!!

Wait, she will grow really fast.(Father of an 18 month old) She loves her dad. All she says is "Daddy, daddy, daddy"
She grew up so quickly. :(
*dreading the day she brings home her first date.....*
