What time is this expected to go to? I probably won't get out until 5:00 or so, unless I get released from working my last slot. Depending on timing, I may stop by for some food before hitting the road for a long, loney drive home.

Just thought I'd give those of you heading to the airport from the bar a realistic drive time. You're looking at around 35-40 minutes from the door of the bar to the terminal, because that bar is in the Castleton area, which is on the opposite side of town from the airport. Also, the drive time to the bar from downtown is around 20-25 minutes.

These timeframes assume you are not driving like a bat-outta-hell... or a kender on crack!!

You're not alone. Piratecat and I, in a taxi, rode around what felt like the entire city of Indianapolis hunting for it. Three calls to the bar and repeated sets of directions later, we finally made it. The whole ride took over 45 minutes, I think. It has an unobtrusive sign that is overshadowed by the aggressively advertising beside it.

Sorry you couldn't make it.

I just got back from this, and it was a blast!
It was cool meeting everyone. Had some drinks, played some games, chatted about whatever, watched fellow geek try to pick up girls (twas quite funny).

I'll definitely be back next year. That place should be the "official" after-party HQ.
