Just be sure not to give them anything complicated to print.
The place I'm temping, they sent Kinkos an order for a few thousand pages of printing. All the files were grouped into ZIPs, and Kinkos was told how many copies of each ZIP to print.
Apparently, Kinkos unzipped all the files, grouped all the single-page PDFs together, all the two-page duplexes together, and all the multipage duplex and staples together. In the process, they lost track of how many copies of each were supposed to be printed.
The ZIPs were set up for each state (WA, CA, UT, and so on). The net result of Kinkos' goof is that there's two files for WA that ended up being printed for every state, and any file that was named Formxxxx (with the "xxxx" being a 4-digit number) was not printed, and almost every state had files that weren't printed, and some states additional files printed that weren't in the ZIP.
We went out to do some QC, just to spot-check if Kinkos got it correct. We ended up having to verify everything, and making a list of what has to be printed in-house. (They used Kinkos because they didn't want to tie up the printing room for a couple days...)
Oh, the joys of people who start off on a task without understanding what is wanted...
At least it wasn't my fault.

I'm the one who downloaded all the PDFs from the customer's website on a state-by-state basis, I embedded all the duplexing and stapling, I grouped them into folders by state, and I ZIP'ed them by state. So far, looks like no blame for me!
