Man Can Fly! Extreme Skydiver to Cross the Channel

That's the story from prior to his crossing and he has made it across. Does anyone have a link to a follow up story? I saw one on the television but haven't found one on line yet.

Hey, that's cheating to use a wing!

He's essentially a glider at that point; admittedly a glider with a wingspan that can fit through the door of a transport plane. Still, he could get a huge wingspan by strapping himself to the weapons pylon of a B-52 and fly much further. Now that would be extreme.

Seriously though, once you use a wing its a pretty straightforward set of calculations to see how far you can fly. Not that its less of a brave and/or crazy thing to do even if you're pretty confident you will make it.
