Does anyone know if there is a good program for mounting a movie file onto two CDs? The file won't fit on one CD.

You can either
1) Use a RAR utility to split the file into two or more archives.
or
2) Use a program named VirtualDub and split the file into two 400 MB or so movie files. This method is preferable as you don't have to decompress the movie whenever you want to watch it.
