Just to add to the fun things kids say...my just recently turned three year old and I were up late last night watching "Starship Trooers". During the scene where the MI are walking in the rocky gorge and the gargoyle-like bug picks up the commo guy she syas:

"Look daddy...the ladybug got him good!"

My mother collected quotes from myself and my brother (but mostly my brother Ian) when we were growing up. Some examples:

Dad: The heart is a muscle that pumps blood through the body.
Ian: Do cows have hearts?
Dad: Yes.
Ian: Can you eat cow hearts?
Dad: Yes.
Ian: Do people have hearts?
Dad: Yes.
Ian: Can you eat people hearts?
Dad: No.
Ian: Why not? They're not chewy.
