[OT] Need help with Web Terms

Do you have any info on page hits? I simply have utterly no idea what kind of page hitting to expect.

Well for the last week we have had just over 4000 "requests" for pages on our stats. And we are not really open.

Then there is another stat that just says requests, had over 37,000 of those in the last week. I am assuming that including pages and images.

138 MB transfered in the last week, with no files to download yet, so that is just for images and info.

If you are going to have forums, I really don't think a per click is the way to go.

thanks for the information. all of this definitly means i need to pin them down on what exactly they mean by page hits. I was planning on doing it anyway, but this has made that a definite.
