Well, the TGV (French High Speed Train) takes 4 and a half hours from Brest to Paris 
I'll speak with my wife, maybe she would like the "weekend at Paris" idea.

It also depends of our workload. We both have just made the inscription for our third and last year as PhD students, I should be Dr. Horacio Gonzalez by next September... but until them I have tons of work

Will,
I am unfortunately gone for the week-end and will be in the countryside near Besançon. Quite far from Paris.
So I won't be able to meet up with you, to my great disppointment.
HOWEVER, if you're wondering what to do, you're in luck ! This week-end is Le Monde du Jeu, the biggest RPG and games show in France !!!

No, she is not pregnant again
I think Will misunderstood something
When we (me, my wife and the little Noemi) went to Cologne, we couldn't go to Munich to visit him because the baby, the cute little Noemi, hated cars, she cried and was very very angry when we forced her to keep in her baby chair in the car. So as Munich is 500 km far from Cologne, my wife didn't allow us to go. But as compensation, she promised we would do another trip on Germany, Munich this time, next year

Sorry... it has been a hell of a long day.. I meant to say that he couldn't come down because of the baby, my bad!! I have no idea why I wrote something completely opposite of what I know to be true

Is it this week or next week ? This week will be a little tricky but could be feasible depending on where you reside. Next week should be easier except for monday (First RPG since June and first time I'll be playing 3E !!!)
I'm taking my friday off because we're leaving mid-afternoon for the countryside, but I'll tryu to go the Monde du Jeu on Friday morning. Where's your hotel and where's the conference (and what's it about, but that's just curiosity
