check out Chivalry Sports (http://www.renstore.com). It's a little pricey, but their stuff is good quality.

I'd go with Chiv sports before Museume Replicas. Chiv Sports does a lot of clothing business, and they're better at it.
Or you could go custom. More expensive, no doubt. But you'll get exactly what you want, and the quality will be waaay better. My fiancee is a professional costumer, so if you're interested, let me know. I can tell you though, Christmas is right around the corner, and she's hip deep in making Santa costumes right now, so if you want it on time, it won't be cheap. (Renaissance is her speciality, btw.)
