The master has done it again. The story is not even finished and this has turned out to be the best haunted house story ever. Ellen Rimbauer's 'friend' is the creepiest person in the show. Those Eyes. Wow. Great story and I think a great cast.

I loved Steve's Cameo. King is the King.

I don't see it happening. Not fully, anyway. He's the kind of writer who has to write, because (to paraphrase his statement) "an idea pops into [his] head, and refuses to go away until it's put on paper." I have a feeling that even if he steps away from writing novels and scripts in a few years, he'll still scratch out the occasional short story, just to keep sane.

Yeah, me and the honey are glued to the set.

Now, I'm not a big King fan generally (unless we're talking Laurie King), and there have been a few times I got snarly at the mini-series (like, "Oh, it's safe to sleep alone!) but I am getting the good writer vibe that the psycho professor is totally endangering her charges.

Additional good news, I've seen the ads for Dinotopia, which I am very psyched about, and finally Mists of Avalon will be shown in Canada this February.

It's a good time to be a SF lover in Canada.
