Now I can't blame who use KAWANAGA first, because languages are difficult

I can't tell wheather this a Japanese/Japanese argument gose with gentle or hostile, thoough I think not so gentle. And, I don't like argument anyway.

I want to hear more constructive things.
I'm happy to get such many replys, but most of them are "a Japanese/Japanese" problem.
I want to talk about Japanese/Asian cultural things.
For example, do you know there are no ninjutu dojo(school) in Japan, and most Japanese don't regard ninjutu as martial arts ?
I hear often "I learn ninjutu" in this board, and I don't know what they are talking about.

There is no such martial art as Ninjutsu although many martial art "instructors" claim to teach it.

Just like many claim to learn Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do which is also not a martial art.

Its popular among martial arts otaku to claim they are learning some exotic or obscure style of martial art but thats an argument that deserves a thread all its own!

Personally, I have studied Kyokushin Karate for about 6 months when I lived in Japan and Taekwondo for about 5 years. I even taught Taekwondo for about a year and was an assistant instructor for my university Taekwondo club.

This is debateable. When does a language go from a local dialect to being accepted as a real language? French is a bastardized version of Latin, but I doubt anyone would say it is not a real language. These distinctions are someone illusory. You may be correct in saying tht Ninjutsu is not a historical martial art, but if people are teaching something they call Ninjutsu then there it is.

What is the difference between a cult and a religion? Why is are American english and the Queen's english regarded as legitimate whilst Nigerian english is not?

Here in China language is used as an instrument of political control (and I would contend the same is true elsewere). There is only one "language" in China but 56 "official dialects" many of which are mutually indescipherable.

Cantonese speakers can typically figure out something of what a Mandarian speaker is saying but not vice versa. Mandarin is just the local dialect of Beijing and it's position as "real" Chinese is clearly based on the political legacy of the past 500 years.

Does English have a pronoun for 2nd person plural? The answer is yes, it is "y'all". If the south had one the civil war this would be an "official" part of the language. Anyway i could go on and on...
