This I like, but to me this seems tied to a specific campaign world. Adventures like the FR Tantras series, the Warhammer "Enemy Within" campaign arc, etc.

Fair enough. I wasn't aware these were called an "arc", but seems descriptive enough.

For my money it's a "campaign". The setting in which the campaign takes place is seperate, but the campaign itself IS little more than a series of adventures, whether pre-published, or invented on the spot. When you put together a series of adventures, especially ones intended to last a good long time, in 3rd Edition terms you ARE planning a campaign no matter what other label you attach to it. IMO, any such series of adventures intended to last more than 9 levels ought to qualify.

What are some good terms for a series of linked adventures, going from low level to high level? 'Adventure Path' is accurate, but I imagine there's gotta be something a bit more flavorful or dramatic. Any suggestions?
