Didn't make it to the gym this weekend, so did my backup home workout.

Dumbbell Reverse Lunge - 55lb x 15,15
Single-Leg Dumbbell Stiff-Leg Deadlift - 55lb x 15,15
Chin Up - 13,7
Handle Pushup - 20lb x 14, b.w. x 12
Dumbbell Floor Fly - 55lb x 10,7
Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension - 55lb x 10,7
Dumbbell Curl - 55lb x 13,8
Side-Lying Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 27.5lb x 10,8
Single-Leg Dumbbell Calf Raise - 27.5 x 20,18

I really need to get back into some kind of workout routine, or increasing my physical activity in some way, shape or form. I have plenty of power, but my stamina is ass. (Always has been, but it’s worse than I can remember.)

I got asked to help a friend with an urgent move out situation. I gave him 5 hours; couldn’t do more. He lived on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and by the end of my time, my legs were wobbling every step down. I was at the point of dangerous uselessness.

That's always an eye opener, when the body just starts failing.
 





Today was mostly a chest day, I think I've proven to myself that its not a shoulder tear, but something else.

Bike - Warm up.
Olympic Bar Curls 3 x 10
Face Pulls 3 x 10 (20/25/30)
Reverse Grip Pull Downs (100/100/100)

Thats to get the shoulders warm.

Dips - 10 (Bodyweight), 10 (w/45 plate) x 3
Pull Ups - 3 x 10 (Assisted, Bodyweight - 30)
Incline (Minimal) Press - 3 x 10 (55s/60s/65s)
Fly/Reverse Fly Machine - 3 x 10 each.
Press Machine - 3 x 10 (130, 145, 160)
Tricep Extensions - 3 x 10 (50, 55, 60)

Cable Fly - Mistake, ended it.

Going to sleep now, or lay here in pain anyway lol, and see if I can get in with my wife's acupuncturist tomorrow.
