I really need to get back into some kind of workout routine, or increasing my physical activity in some way, shape or form. I have plenty of power, but my stamina is ass. (Always has been, but it’s worse than I can remember.)
I got asked to help a friend with an urgent move out situation. I gave him 5 hours; couldn’t do more. He lived on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and by the end of my time, my legs were wobbling every step down. I was at the point of dangerous uselessness.
