Our Physical Fitness

Didn't go again last night, but my biceps soreness from Wednesday night went crazy by the end of the day Thursday, and even a bit of front delt and chest. Sleep seemed solid again last night. I'll either go again tonight after work or Saturday morning. Still riding out the tail end of this illness.
Still not 100% recovered from my flu/respiratory thing I've had since at least 12/30, but getting better each day. Went in Sunday morning instead of Friday or Sat.

Smith barbell inclined bench: 95x14, 95x14, 95x11; up 2 reps, up 1 rep, down 1 rep from Wednesday.

Machine biceps curls: 60x20, 70x18, 70x16; steady, up 1, increased weight on the 3rd set and dropped 2 reps

Machine rear delt flies: 70x20, 80x18, 80x15, which is about where I left off with those on Dec 21, so that's nice. (same model machine as at the other PF).

Leg extensions 80x15, 80x15, 80x18, which is down a bit from the last time I did them (apparently Nov 10, 80x18, 80x18, 80x15 +70x4), but not a LOT down, so not bad.

My soreness was much less on Monday than it was on Thursday, so I guess my body is already re-acclimating. Got family dinner tonight, so probably will hit the gym again Wednesday after work.

OK, Arms/Shoulders.

Sleep was good last night. Food was not well done today too many back to backs at work. I didnt get a real meal in till after noon.

Weigh in: 191.8

Still trying to dial in what I want to be doing for my Shoulders/Arms. Typically, I do it Wednesday, so Dips are in play back to back Dips however? No go.

Reverse Pec Deck, Barbell Curls, Face Pulls, Cable Raise for the Side Delts, Front Delts (I remembered!), Shrugs, a few more sets of Curls (Seated/Preacher) and thats kind of it? Gym was again way busy, maybe ramping up now for spring?

Trying to hit all the Shoulder/Traps, and 3 exercises for Bicep and thats about it? I dont know. I was only there 45 min.
