174.8 this morning.

No workouts this weekend, but today was a full day of reno work.

Another layer of plaster on my repaired ceiling.
A few touch ups on the bathroom, and another coat of paint there.
Pulled out the last of the flooring/carpet on my main floor, we are going to get that estimated hopefully Mon/Tue.

Food was not the worst, I'm about to clean off all this dust and get a good dinner in, and hopefully relax a bit before...work starts tomorrow? lol

Was 176 this morning, I had a pretty big dinner so thats probably that.

Upper was solid, even though I was a bit sick today, too much paint fumes yesterday I think lol.

Bench was good.
Dips was good.
Incline press was better actually, but then I went too heavy on BoBR and only got 5 reps.
Even my Dumbell Incline at 90's was solid, at 9 reps.

So, all told not bad.

Legs tomorrow, I probably have a lighter dinner.

No Legs today. Woke up, 176, real sore in the upper body. Had an early call, clients just not on the ball lately, and then...5 hours of renos/cleaning/house work to prep for having my ceiling replaced, aka "You think you live here, but get everything out of your main floor, enjoy!"

Renos.while.living.there.are.hell. 👏👏👏

So no, we did not get there on the Legs. Maybe tomorrow, but now I'll have a contractor in my house all day Wed/Thur/Fri.

Not great.
