Out-of-encounter abilities for every class

I made a comment over in the Instant Friends thread about liking the Wizard's cantrips and other classes' free ritual casting as a nice way to provide some out of combat fluff and abilities that don't break the existing balance around combat encounters (and to a lesser extent skill challenges, though Words of Friendship and Speak With Spirits do break that economy) or require the character to spend slots that could've gone to combat effectiveness. People seemed to like my idea of expanding that to all the classes, so maybe we could brainstorm abilities for the other ones.

To throw out some ideas off the top of my head for the PHB1 classes, in some cases stealing from their 3.5 class features:

Cleric: Ritual Casting - You can cast the gentle repose ritual for free once per day. (To match the other classes that either get a free casting, or for the Wizard a bunch of free ritual knowledge. The Essentials Warpriest gets a cantrip based on domain, so he's covered)

Paladin: Divine Health - You are immune to all diseases.

Ranger: Unerring Tracker - In a natural environment, you automatically succeed at finding and following the tracks made within the last 24 hours so long as the creature has made no conscious attempt to cover its trail.

Rogue: Trapfinding - You can use your Thievery skill in place of your Perception skill to locate and recognize traps. (Stolen from http://www.enworld.org/forum/4e-fan-creations-house-rules/293794-replacing-perception-thievery.html)

Warlock: Third Eye - You gain the third eye power.

Third Eye - Warlock Feature
With a moment of concentration, you call up your patron to show you the unseen.
Daily, Arcane, Standard Action
You gain darkvision until the end of your next turn.
Sustain standard: The effect persists. You can sustain this power until the end of the encounter or for up to five minutes.

Wizard: Covered by cantrips and Ritual Casting.

That just leaves Fighter and Warlord for PHB1- they're kind of tough because the flavor descriptions are pretty much "guy who fights things" or "guy who helps people fight things". Any thoughts?

Warlord might have an out of combat aid another applying to whole party, +3 instead of +2, longer duration, or some rider benefit. Alternately a power related to organizing NPCs for some task would be spot on but I am not sure how to implement that. Fighter could have an endurance related feature to gain something whenever they lose a healing surge to environment or skill challenge. Or maybe something to break things open, hold gates open, carry impossible loads and other feats of brute strength - could cost a healing surge.

You may also want to sift through the Martial Practices for ideas.

I've thought about doing something similar with Rituals/Practices - making them basically extended duration non-combat powers.
