Intelligence Arcana DC 22, for a character proficient in Arcana skill only, to determine how how the teleportation circle works and its sigil sequence without standing in the circle.

Intelligence Arcana DC 17, proficient in the Arcana skill only, to determine how the teleportation circle works and its sigil sequence while standing in the circle.

Kamael and Raza would know that most of the time a permanent teleportation circle is a device seen only in temples, libraries, or other public locations in prominent cities, and that such a circle is almost always heavily guarded. This one appears to be unguarded.

I'm getting a new desk tomorrow at work. It's huge, and I'm excited. It means, however, that until it is set up with all my tech back in place, I'll be offline save for my phone.

In the intervening time period, if you guys work out whether you're trying the teleportation circle, taking a long rest, and/or the watch order for a long rest, that'd be great because it'll let me forward the IC next time I'm on. Best I can tell, it looks like you want to secure the perimeter (though I'm not sure what actions you intend to take to do that), then take a long rest (I need to know where, and whether the watch order will be different that you specified earlier), and then possibly try out the teleportation circle (I need to know who's doing it, where the rest of you are standing, the aforementioned die roll result, and where you're trying to teleport to).

My suggestions: take a long rest in a room with a door (watches as previously mentioned), retrieve the shield (if it lasted with a bunch of skeletons while other gear decayed then it might be worth something), try the teleportation circle with everyone inside.
