Pact Initiate Question

PHB p208, under the multiclass feat Pact Initiate, it says:

Choose a Warlock pact. You gain the pact's at-will power as an encounter power,...

But the Multiclass Feat table on page 209, for Pact Initiate says:

Warlock: skill training; eldritch blast 1/encounter

Which is different. I have a player of a rogue who wants to take the Fey pact, and the text on 208 seems to indicate that he gets eyebite as his power, since that is the Fey pact at-will. The table says all pact initiates have to take eldritch blast. Which is right here? Would it be unbalancing for me to allow the rogue to take eyebite?

I'd go with the text. Most likely they changed it and forgot to update the table.
