Cheers,

Dave
Sorry about the wrong link, try this for those who havn't figured it out work site that is straight from the home email address. Please let me know if this one doesn't work, but it should.
To clarify, not to defend ourselves, yes we have one of our product currently selling at our store site above, this is a temporary selling site, as we soon move our product to rpgnow. One of the reasons (course we chose many), but we wanted to really test the rpg market over there, we knew that by selling over there, it wouldn't bust out and be overwhelming but we wanted some of the folks over there to catch an interest in rpgs. We also had a corrupted file, which caused a ton of mess ups for our pdfs, hence forcing us to take the product off the market time and time again, but we have fixed and erradicated the corrupt file. Believe it or not, everyone involved was making copy/paste files of this file so naturally we were sending corrupt files to each other. Yes, a big mess.

What is Dungeon-Back and what kind of freelancing do you want.

Please let me know

Without going into great detail, we have come across a mechanic called a charastistic, in The Wilds-There and Back, we had terrain characteristics, for example a characteristic of a plains terrain might be a flood plain or a characteristic of a river might be a Class I river. We then go into the crunch of coming across or staying on such terrain, but yet we have made the rules simple combining both fluff and crunch.
Some of you maybe thinking uh oh sounds like "frostburn or sandburn" or another enviromental series. To have bragging rights, we came up with the mechanic long before wizards did their enviromental series. Where theirs is a series of books and a ton more complex rules, our is more realistic terrain features, though there is some fantasy features, the rules have been simplified, none of the chapters ties in with the others strictly, but could be, our format is different akin to the layout of the PHB in away, and all the rules are in one book. If you go to the either our home siteBlack Dagger Game Designs , you can click on the free downloads, especially the one considering the flood plains to see what I mean, you can also go to our storefrontBlack Dagger Game Store and click on the previews of the different classes of rivers to see more what I mean.
If you decide to work with us, you will be working with characteristics, but in a dungeon sense. It a little more then the features of a dungeon and not an essay type book thats gives advice on who who wear what, be where and watch out for this. All our books will be usable from a GM and Player point of view. Unlike some other books out there, you will not see, a GM cringing when one of his players shows up with our book, its friendly user for both, and is a plug n play style. If the GM doesn't want a mangrove forest in his swamps, certainly not adding it in will cramp his or our style, he may instead make all his swamps into fens and marshes or place deadly spawning pools all over his swamp.
Naturally, like the standard we will have races, new uses of skills if not all taken, feats, monsters, spells an miscellaneous data that deals with dungeons.
I'm going on further then I really want, so I will cut it short and hope this gives you an ideal of what your looking at.

Hi -

A couple things about your free download. You should be aware that "Yondalla" is not Open Content (so double check for other non-OGC stuff, too), and you need to include a copy of the license with it (don't forget Section 15).

Otherwise, it looks fairly interesting at first glance.

Good luck, guys!

Damn the luck.

AArh, we thought we got rid of all those deities, it is a shame that you cannot even mention the deities names in passing. Most likely this is an over sight. I don't know how we forgot about the license, we will get to that right away. Guess that means another hour or two staying up.

Thanks for the responses

I want to thank everyone for the reponses and hope our mistake didn't seal any bad deals with anyone. My email had over 45 emails, and I managed to answer most of them and that is just yahoo mail. If you haven't heard from me or my secretary in a couple days, don't fret, I will get to you. Some may say 45 emails isn't that much, but you couple that with going to work on a sunday because your behind, your normal family life, then you just created a 12 hour day.
I wanted to say for all the artist that did respond, although we won't need artist for 6 months maybe sooner, I did and will visit all your links before responding back. I didn't just come up with the same message and sent it out 45 times, I personally responded to every email I could tonight.
I also wanted to stress once again, that if you want, we will add you to an mailing list and invite you to the work site. The mailing list is not given out by any means without your written express permission and even then it would be through another contractor to get ahold of you and I you would first get a "permission slip from me" (me asking you). I am a personal believer in security.
I will be happy to answer any question or concerns, please feel free to email me at nightprowler4321@yahoo.com or picesman20@hotmail.com rather then tie up the boards here at Enworld.
Thanks once again for the response, other then artist, our announcement still stands on other job positions and we are reading resume's, emails, links to make some selections.

Closing Thread

We are closing this thread if the moderators will allow it, I should say we are no longer accepting submissions. The response was overwhelming and we truly thank you for seeking employment with us. There are and will be undoubtedly some emails that I haven't answered or will be in my email box as I write this. Those will be answered as soon as possible and we will still add those to a mailing list and invite to our work site. As much as I like to give everyone a chance and keep this thread open for awhile, business wise it is not possible nor would it be feasiable. I assure you that if we need people for openings we will release an announcement here, so keep your eyes and ears open.
I thank everyone who wrote, let us see your links if you was an artist, your resume's and your talent for both artist and writing and thank you for your time in checking us out.
Thanks again to enworld for allowing the announcement.
