You could fine answers in the thread on the print version of the book ( Here ) and not the PDF version. And it will be out at Origins and Paradigm should have their own booth, they had a nice booth there last year.

In order: yes, it's at the printers now, we hope to have it by Origins, we will definitely be at Origins (we're sponsoring and participating in the Gathering there - which is a host of RPG campaigns, organized play and otherwise, but I digress) and nope, we'll be selling it at our booth, though our good friends at Green Ronin can have a display copy if they so wish.
