Paragon Template Level Progression

I think it looks good, but I'd avoid the +1 caster level progression, since I don't understand how it fits the template. Otherwise, I'm pretty fine with this.

It's not a "+1 caster level progression". It's "+1 caster level". The paragon gets +15 to its caster level for any of its spell-like abilities. In addition, it gains some other spell-like abilities, with a caster level of 15th (but only if it didn't already have any spell-like abilities).

Thanks for the opinion, ruleslawyer, and thanks for the clarification, kreynolds.

I realize that it is a powerful template, but the more i think about it, the more i think 15 levels is good for it. It seems like everything falls into place at the right time and its not too overpowered as compared to 15 levels of anything else.

There's an awful lot here for 15 levels. I can't imagine letting a character take this as written.

Compare to 15 levels of Epic Barbarian (from 20th level):

15d12(98)+15*CON vs. 240 + 140 (for +15 Constitution)
+7 BAB vs. +25 Luck Bonus to attack
8 Feats vs. 2 Bonus Feats
(4+INT)*15 Skill Points vs. +10 Competence bonus on all Skills
+3 ability points vs. +90 ability points
DR 5/- vs. DR 20/epic
Rage +3 times/day vs. +20 Luck Bonus to damage
Better Uncanny Dodge vs. Spell Resistance

It *may* be that Paragon is inferior to taking levels in a spellcasting class (though I don't think so), but it's much better than a brick class.
