Pathfinder 1E Pathfinder Cyberpunk? If not, do you want one?

The feel we are looking to recreate is that of the Shirow Masamune works of Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell. To that end, we decided to make hacking non-grid/map-based and more about abilities, programs, viruses, and die rolls. We have a good number of cybernetics as well. We're also introducing four races based on your extent of transhumanism. Any questions people have I'll be happy to answer.
But don't leave out the flechette guns and glass knives.

I like Ghost in the Shell as much as the next guy, but for me, Cyberpunk has a certain lower threshold of Neuromancer that must be present. Seconding the flechettes.

Word! As I mentioned previously, I'm interested to know how you're handling hacking as, despite the praise heaped on the newest Shadowrun rules, I find hacking in that game to be my biggest hangup.

Right now, we're still developing the specifics, except I will say that it is not terribly complicated unless you wish it to be. For one, there isn't a whole new set of rules governing hacking. As we stated before, it doesn't use a tabletop, but does employ opponents built from the same skeleton as monsters.

And what I mean by "unless you wish it to be" is that you have access to natural abilities and programs, both which operate like spells, and how you go about using them depends on how much paperwork you want to make for your character. Some programs simply make hacking easier while others are complicated viruses where you implant various other abilities Also, anyone can hack, not just hackers, though they are generally better at it.

Sounds interesting. I look forward to seeing the specifics!
