I have a hafling ninja and I realy want it to jump long distances now at lvl 2 he will obtain acrobatics mastery will I then be able to jump 15 mod +20 ki + the possible 20=55=11 sqares more than 2ice my speed? From standing still I might ad. it says " No jump can allow you to exceed your maximum movement for the round." but what about out of combat?

I would rule that the limit stands.

(That said, if the character really wants to focus all his efforts on jumping long distances, and is willing to put all that effort into it, then I might well be inclined to remove the limit for that character only. If I did this, I would remove it for both in-combat and out-of-combat applications of the skill.)

I see that rule as a limit on what you can do in the round. If you want to jump 50 feet away in combat and your roll at least 50 on the jump check, you can take a double move to go 40 feet and end your turn dangling in midair. At the start of your next turn, another move action will let you go the rest of the distance, after which you could move another 10 feet if you wish. (I'm assuming you have a 20 foot speed.)

Out of combat, rounds don't matter, so if you want to jump across that 50 foot ravine, you can just do it (assuming you make the jump check).

Hardly game breaking to waive the limit. Even if I were unwilling to do so, I would allow that extra distance over time, so he can leap, say, 60' - it just takes 1.5 rounds before he lands (three move actions of 20' each). Maybe that's to his advantage - the opponent he plans on landing near is 20' away, so out of melee, in the first round.

I always hated the limit, it's stupid. If your jump training is so great you can actually move faster by jumping...by all means, do so.

Of course, RAW, you're screwed. Try and buff your speed w/ boots of striding and springing or something. Course, that also increases jump distance further...
