Thanks PC. I too am not worried about making it a large fine. Just something to encourage players to keep focused.
Fortunately, I'm not using it for my old group I used to game with (now they're spread around the country). One of our quests dealt with a Piggy whose hiccup would destroy the universe (stolen from a book by the GM, I didn't find out until years later). That Piggy actually got us kicked out of hell. I'd have to completely avoid calling it "Pay the Piggy." The pot would be full change just from comments about the Piggy.
