PC annoys Faeries - urgent RB DM advice needed ! (My players stay out)

*DING! Precisely what I was thinking. Try to remember exactly how the agreement was worded and hold the PC to it ... unless he would like to renegotiate a deal that would restore the satyr's "face".
It depends on the personality of the satyr, but I might think he'd consider exactly how much revenge he wants to take.
Make it too much trouble for the wizard to build his castle and he'll leave. And that won't be any fun at all.
Also note making an alienist feel physically unsafe is a good way to meet new and interesting pseudonatural creatures.
I'd lean more towards the amusing revenge. Let him build the castle and move in, then take something you can trade back to him.
I'm thinking the gatehouse...or maybe all the bathrooms.

Talk about feeling physically unsafe. . .

Yeah. I'd not ever annoy the Alienist directly. I'd arrange for others to annoy him.

All the satisfaction, none of the tentacles.

The Satyr could cures the land.

Every time a stone structure is build, it crumble appart.

Or he land could transform into a swamp and sink the tower.

After Mourne showered him with gifts includign a ogre mage's great sword and a cocatrice egg, Rorchti said that he could use the area to build on

"What? After you are done building you want to live here too? I'm afraid that was not part of the agreement Mr. "Letter of the Contract." I am more than happy to enter negotiations for the use of the land now that you are done building. However, the price on the land has gone up, it has this beautiful castle on it now that makes it much more valuable after all!"

Thanks guys, this is great stuff...
Now is there a spell that allows a partial polymorph of someone else? To enact PCs donkey head idea?

1- "Oh, I did indeed allow you use of my land... but I did not allow you exclusive use! Lucky you, you'll have front-row seats to the Wild Hunt every October!"

2- His castle is now full of grigs & pixies, who gather and sell information on him to ... whomever.

3- "Oh, forgive me for not sharing the good news sooner! Ever since you taught me that leasing my land was a wise and profitable venture, I've come to understand that there are many people -- like yourself -- in need of temporary real estate. I'm sure you'll get along fine with your new neighbors, Al-Hassan the Alienist and Doktor Damian the Diabolist."

This is pure genius!!!!!!!!! Plus, if you let really crazy neighbors move in, there are plenty of stories and intrigue to be had from that. Just think: The constant spies from the neighbors sneaking in his castle, the local grigs spying on him and selling it to the neighbors (I think someone already pointed this out), constant border diputes where the neighbors tear down the shed that was on "their" land, or refuse to keep an area clear of vegatation that your guy wants clear (like his moat) and so on...I want this to happen to my PC's so I can torment them.

Why not just use Polymorpth Other?

You could have pixies with their forgetfulness arrows taking potshots at the construction crew, causing them to forget important things necessary in the successful construction of the castle.

Cos that's not what it does. Maybe a new spell Mischevious Polymorph?

edit: Here's the spell. You'd think I'd have enough to do at the moment without makign new spells before breakfast wouldn't you...
