PC Death = Campaign Death?

I've not had a PC death end a campaign yet. I'd have to say my own stress levels at times have hurt more than the couple of PC deaths.

My players take it quite well nowadays. One was pretty pissed, but it was his seventh character in RttToEE. I gave him a slack and didn't have him lose any exp. Today it's known as the 'Seventh Character Bonus'.
