Two things.
First, the Hunter of the Dead prestige class doesn't seem to take into account the errata for DotF saying that the Hunter class' turn ability increases as per a cleric of the PC's hunter level.
I'm pretty sure that's just a bug. Not a huge deal.
Then there's the 'educated' feat from FRCS.
This feat is supposed to give you all knowledge skill as class skills, and then you get to choose a couple on which you get a permanent +2.
When I try to select the feat in PCgen, it gives me a list of knowledge skills, of which I get to choose like 4 (?).
Then, when I try to buy skills, all knowledge skills are NOT class skills, and they want me to spend 2 points on most of them.
I'm trying to make a paladin here with some knowledge skills as class skills (beyond the traditional ones).
Is this an order of operations problem, a bug, or am I just ignorant of some important detail?
Any and all help is, as always, greatly appreciated.

edit: ended a sentence with a preposition: horrors!
