Slightly. I meant that a week is 10 days in FR, but usually 7 elsewhere.

No idea if it's official or if it's something the DM just does, but in a game I'm in in Greyhaewk the weeks are ten days long.

If they are, OK; I just know that they're "tendays" in the Realms but "weeks" elsewhere.

At least in the RPGA's Living Greyhawk, weeks are seven days long with the following days (associated with the following activities):
Starday Work
Sunday Work
Moonday Work
Godsday Worship
Waterday Work
Earthday Work
Freeday Rest

I think Items that have a time span of one or several weeks can be adusted in Faerûn, so they only need seven days. Or you leave it as it is and they need a tenday (should not be that much of a disadvantage
